The Academy of Plant Based Cooking – A Wonderful First Class Today

We covered a lot of information today at “The Academy” – the basics of kitchen organization, the “skinny” on fats and essentials of cooking equipment.  After a tour of the nutritionist’s kitchen (mine) we prepared an elegant and delicious plant based meal.  As always, we ended with a great buffet, lots of laughs, good wine and the building of a community of like minded individuals.  It’s rewarding and always humbling to be around the wonderful people who come to “The Academy.”
