It’s been a journey, that’s for sure, but my book, “Real Food for Healthy People; a resource guide,” will soon become a reality. I’ve just heard from the publisher and it will go to print soon! The goal is to have it available by early December; 182 pages of beautifully presented, delicious, healthful plant based recipes, all naturally gluten, sugar and animal free. Real Food for Healthy People also serves as a guide for organizing your kitchen, stocking your pantry and learning about culinary tips to get started or perhaps to pick up a few new tips as well.
