1 1/3 c. frozen mixed berries
2/3 c. oatmeal
¾ c. water
2 T. raisins (large golden raisins work well if you can find them)
1/8 t. vanilla
2 T. chopped raw walnuts
¼ t. cinnamon
Combine the berries, oats, raisins and vanilla in a small saucepan.
Add the water (you may need to adjust to more or less water depending on the consistency you like).
Cook on medium high heat until bubbling. Add walnuts and cinnamon. Cook another 5 minutes stirring occasionally and adding additional water if needed.
Serve warm and enjoy!
