While in Puerto Vallarta this month visiting my sister, she and I spent a good deal of time cooking. She has become a committed student of plant based nutrition. We stayed out of restaurants and had wonderful dinners “al fresco” on the terrace of the condo we rented.
Since I’ve been back I get a message and photo almost every day showing me what she is making. Today is “grilling peppers and onions day” on her stovetop. She is loving what she is eating. Way to go Pat!
