Learning, Enjoying and Meeting New Friends at The Academy Cooking Class Yesterday

Classes at “The Academy” are a special time and I continue to be honored by the people that grace my door – always a wonderful group of amazing students. Our recipes yesterday included Moroccan style quinoa, fava bean salad, black bean and mango wraps, berry tart and almond and orange snacks – all naturally gluten free, sugar feee and whole unprocessed “real” foods.

As always, we came together at the end of class as a great community for an elegant lunch at “Villa D’Anca” and a toast to the chefs! ¬†This was the last class this summer as my efforts now turn to my cookbook and the harvest trip to Italy that I’m hosting. “The Academy” will re-open this fall.
