We have learned so much from our chefs at the Hotel SanFrancesco. They have been not only gracious and patient with us but they are masters at their craft.

It’s about technique, a love for what you are doing and a relationship with the surroundings that provide the ingredients.Vegetables are fresh every day and always grown organically. After taking a long walk in the countryside, one student came back in disbelief saying “they don’t use herbicides here – anywhere – and couldn’t believe it. They do not know what GMO food is here and will probably never have to worry about it.
We will come away with a new appreciation for the simplicity of ingredients and the elegance of what can be done with them.
