And Hosts Lifestyle and Culinary Trip to Italy’s Amalfi Coast

LAKE FOREST, IL(JANUARY 2015) – Hippocrates said “let food be thy medicine, let medicine be thy food,” and integrative nutritionist Carol D’Anca couldn’t agree more. Dedicated to arming individuals with the knowledge and skills to integrate plant based nutrition into their diets, D’Anca is proud to announce she will be moving her cooking school to Elawa Farm (1401 Middlefork Drive, Lake Forest), with a kick-off class on January 24th from 1-3 p.m.

CEO and Founder of The Academy of Plant Based Nutrition and Cooking, and Food Not Meds, D’Anca will also be launching a unique cooking series on “Plant Based Nutrition” offering individuals the support and education needed to address the challenges and limitations most people face when wanting to improve their diet and avoid chronic illness.A monthly series, beginning February 21st, will include everything from how to stock your pantry, to basic recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
